The Rules

1. To have access to the club you need to become a member (see membership form tab).

2. Membership and membership cards are renewed annually.                    Membership gives you access to use the club facilities.

3. If you wish to book out the whole club – eg. for a function or braai – you can do so as a member for R300 hire fee. Go to the calendar, choose your date,and check-in with the booking secretary. Payment for functions to be given to the booking secretary once booking is confirmed.                                                                                                         Your booking secretary is Merle on 083 690 2143.

4. The booking form must be completed (eg. band practice) stating time required & submitted to be approved and noted (please check calendar for booked activities).

5. Once your booking application is approved, check to see that the calendar has been updated. Please contact your booking secretary if booking fails to show.

6. ​To gain access to the club the keys must be collected from the security hut after displaying your membership card.​

7. Enjoy the use of the facility making sure you leave it better than you found it.

8. NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED INSIDE THE BUILDING AND NO CIGARETTE BUTS TO BE LEFT INSIDE OR THROWN OUTSIDE! 

9. ​Before leaving the club after you've used it, please make sure that the following is done:

10. You close the windows, doors, curtains and turn off the lights in the  main building.

11. Turn off the main electricity switch.

12. Pick up any litter and take it with you (including cigarette buts) (no cleaning services availiable).

13. If anything got broken by you or anyone that is with you while using the facility please WhatsApp the group.

14. Close the door and lock the padlock of the front door also making sure to  lock up any courts and toilets.

15. Return the keys to the security hut and sign off.
